About this pilot

This hub and the town sites beneath it were set up by OurHub as a pilot: one front door for the MidCoast, with a hub for every town and village, live official fire and flood warnings for each, and a directory of the halls, brigades, schools and places that hold each community together.

OurHub hosts them. None is a council service, and none is run by anyone local yet. Town and region hubs are free, forever: a committee can take on its town at no cost, or give its group a site of its own underneath it.
